What to put in the brief
- What you need in hand at the end: stills, a film, cutdowns, and in which formats.
- The date you must have it by, and whether that date can move.
- Where it will be seen: shelf, site, outdoor, broadcast.
- A reference or two, even a phone photo.
- A budget range in lei or euro if you have one. It shortens the call.

How far ahead do we need to book?
For a studio day, a week is usually fine and sometimes two days is. For a location shoot in the centre of Chișinău, allow three weeks because of the permit. Outside the city, a village mayoralty can often sign within a few days.
Can we rent Hall A without your crew?
Yes. Victor will meet you, walk you through the power and the blinds, and stay in the building for the day. The first two items from the cage are included.
Do you work outside Moldova?
We plan shoots in Romania regularly and have done recces in Odesa region. Andrei handles anything that crosses a border, including the paperwork for kit.
What happens if it rains on a location day?
Every location call sheet has a rain plan. Usually that means moving into Hall A for the studio part of the job and holding the location for the next dry day, at no extra charge for the hall.
How do you invoice?
In lei, from Globalstrand S.R.L., with VAT at 20% shown separately. Half on confirmation, half within fourteen days of delivery. Foreign clients can pay in euro at the official rate of the National Bank of Moldova on the invoice date.
Where do we park?
Inside the yard at Uzinelor 19, through the gate on the left of the main building. Tell us the plate number the day before so the guard has it.
